It's very, broken up into digestible pieces. Which, if you're like me at all is amazing, because nothing can be more bothersome than a lengthy book encrypted in technical jargon. This app for the most part, uses a very conversational style of writing that is infinitely more engaging than the usual style that is as if someone is just prattling on. It gives you suggestions for how to challenge unhelpful thoughts, breaks down common unpleasant feelings and has fun little mindfulness exercises.

Love the app. Weird layout for Android. When using the journal, the "next" and "save" buttons overlap with the phone's menu button at the bottom of the screen. If you don't click it JUST RIGHT you end up opening the menu and sometimes long progress in the app.

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry about the button issue. If you go to Settings -> Themes & Interface -> Adjust bottom padding you can move the slider until the red bar is above your menu. This will ensure everything is placed above them. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This app is absolutely amazing, especially considering that it's completely free. I'm currently going to school to become a mental health counselor and I think I would reccomend this app to clients. There are a ton of great coping mechanisms and help sections and information. I hope future updates of this app will have some animations (this would be especially useful for the deep breathing activities)
