It's very, broken up into digestible pieces. Which, if you're like me at all is amazing, because nothing can be more bothersome than a lengthy book encrypted in technical jargon. This app for the most part, uses a very conversational style of writing that is infinitely more engaging than the usual style that is as if someone is just prattling on. It gives you suggestions for how to challenge unhelpful thoughts, breaks down common unpleasant feelings and has fun little mindfulness exercises.

This app has been crucial to help me identify negative thought patterns and traps when I'm actively struggle with my mental health. It helped me build on solid coping mechanisms that my therapist showed me. I constantly pull it up to help my partner as well because he struggles with these as well. My next step is to download it on his phone so he can utilize it when I'm not present. The grounding techniques were lifesavers when I was at peak anxiety and experiencing frequent panic attacks.

I've been using this app for a couple of years now and I love it. The latest update is such a huge improvement, the UI is fresh and there are so many features without it feeling overwhelming. The most helpful one for me is the negative habit tracker because it let's you see your improvement and shows you how many days clean you are as well. Also really appreciate that I reported and issue I had with it and it was literally fixed the day after?? Unreal. Would give six stars if I could.

Thank you for the review, and I’m sorry about the bits missing in the negative habit tracker. I’ve just added that in today’s update 😊
