Just purchased. Each time it "syncs", it recognizes the device and only downloads to 95% then times out. Device keeps flashing. 95% never changes. Is this really junk? UPDATE: the update has resolved my syncing issue. It operates much better now.
This app tracked my sleep one night (even after setting manually) and the clock wont set to the right time. Every time I sync the time changes to 12am.
I have had the YOO RX since February.I have had trouble sync my watch to the app.Customer service help twice but my watch still have problems sync. It work for a couple days then it stop I have been dealing with this problem since I have purchase the watch..I absolutely hate this watch and app.
Having trouble syncing device. Tried everything possible and device continues to sync, erase steps and never make it past the "updating device" stage.
I have the Yoo HD whenever I try to sync it to my phone it seems to record all the data but never gets past the updating stage and then the time goes back to 12 a.m.
Having a hard time since this morning syncing my device. Have sent two emails and gotten nothing.
