They updated the apps on Oct 5 and after that I couldn't place any transactions, my account is lagging, whatever I did just stuck in the very long process and then there is the notification that my account isn't recognized or even registered! What kind of update if it cannot sync the current data! They said I need to re-login but again I have problems in getting the OTP! until now I still cant access my account. so super annoying...

Had a good run until my account got logged out by itself 2x in the last 24h. I was just opening the app for QRIS, nothing else! Tried to login, then it was saying my PIN and Password was wrong. And still doing that even after I successfully reset my password. Twice! I whatsapp-ed their support, and it was just extremely slow response for such critical issue. Extremely disappointed. I was finally able to login after reinstalling. And first thing I did was moved out all my assets out of Jago.

Jago markets Pockets for isolation, but they aren't isolated. I linked a Sub Pocket for a specific card to test if it's doesn't have enough funds, yet Jago bypassed it to pull failed transaction fees from my Main Pocket without consent. To make it worse, they double-billed me for the same event 12:14 & 12:16. Support Ticket 1431211 keep sending me copy-pasted replies. If Pockets aren't hard-walled, the feature is useless. Maybe the Locked or Saving Pocket is safe from this. So, Don't trust them.

No major changes in this version the app, we just bashed a bunch of bugs to make sure you have a pleasant experience with Jago. Update your app to make sure that all will run well :)
