They updated the apps on Oct 5 and after that I couldn't place any transactions, my account is lagging, whatever I did just stuck in the very long process and then there is the notification that my account isn't recognized or even registered! What kind of update if it cannot sync the current data! They said I need to re-login but again I have problems in getting the OTP! until now I still cant access my account. so super annoying...

the QR scan for payment is very unresponsive, I even have to log out and login couple of times, restart the app, just to scan the QR code. In the end I have to pay using my Octo mobile app (from CIMB). Please I suggest Jago to imitate the responsiveness of Octo mobile, just tap QR Scan, scan, pay, fingerscan, done.. no need to login, and even waiting the app to online, the. scan the QR. If this matter doesn't resolve in 2 months, I will close this account and move all of my assets to CIMB.

whenever i want to open this app, it's keep crashing. i can't even open it! please fix it! at first, i thought it was my signal or my wifi goes wrong, but, I'm trying to open another apps and it's ok. so please fix ur apps!!
