They updated the apps on Oct 5 and after that I couldn't place any transactions, my account is lagging, whatever I did just stuck in the very long process and then there is the notification that my account isn't recognized or even registered! What kind of update if it cannot sync the current data! They said I need to re-login but again I have problems in getting the OTP! until now I still cant access my account. so super annoying...

I've got blocked because of wrong password. when I try to change the password, it said I cannot change the password to the same password. but its never let me access or transfer the money. what a scam

This app is stinky, ugly, and funky. How do you explain my account is blocked literally without reason at all? I came to the KCP, they asked me everything, no suspicion at all and apologized. They told me that my account will be unblocked after 1×24 hours. But it's a lie!!!!!!!!
