They updated the apps on Oct 5 and after that I couldn't place any transactions, my account is lagging, whatever I did just stuck in the very long process and then there is the notification that my account isn't recognized or even registered! What kind of update if it cannot sync the current data! They said I need to re-login but again I have problems in getting the OTP! until now I still cant access my account. so super annoying...

This is the best bank that I have ever used. I moved from S*abank to this bank, because this bank has a lot of features. And also, this bank helps me to make a payment internationally without making a credit card.

7*. Satu2nya Banking App yang bisa: Multi Devices Login + Fingerprint Authentication for Transfer. kalau 2 feature ni dihapus, Jago ga punya kelebihan lagi dibanding Banking App lain, jadi JANGAN PERNAH DIHAPUS PLEASE.
