It takes forever to get sms alerts and email is even worse. This is absolutely terrible. The latest update is a disaster. I was so frustrated yesterday when I couldn't pay for anything because when you get to the bank selection stage the app crashes and begins all over again from sign in. It was horrible. I had to download a previous version before I could make transfers. Just awful. Please test your apps before deploying them to the store.

This updated version of the app is very very bad, after updating I thought the JAIZ network which have never been stable would get better but instead I was met with disappointment. I have been trying to do an urgent transfer since but it kept saying transaction not permitted everytime, I haven't reached the limit to anything but the transfer just won't go. pls I quickly need to do a transfer and it hasn't been able to go through. Please you need to do something about your network issues.

jaiz bank is one of the best so far I have banked with user friendly interface and always notifying customer when a new change is implemented... but I don't understand this new update it been weeks now I can't access my account activation problems I have sent several emails and called keep saying our team working on it.... please jaiz should rectify this issue quickly so people can access their account cause it annoying. Thanks 🙏
