Has a horrific high pitched noise in the background as youre setting it up, then won't allow you to actually use the app without paying.

Does exactly what I want. Only gives 30 seconds for free total of 5 times. So that sucks. Also, considerable delay. 12' from speaker and it echoes like a ballpark announcement. No way I'm paying for that.

DO NOT BUY IT!!! TALKING NORMALLY IS LOUDER! Wasting a dollar is no big deal, it's just the principle it is not a megaphone.
