Worest app and service , waste of using it full loss , till now I haven't receive the amount that I have withdrawn 24 hrs back. Simply saying server issue. In ads and othery are showing, it will be done with in minutes. Waste of time. Gold rate also shown more then the live one and when comming to selling the price drops more then 400 rs.

Good app but only good for long term. I have been adding daily since June, Gold prices since then have grown steadily, now when I tried to redeem, I am not even getting what I invested because it attracts taxes while buying, and during selling you will always get around 300-350Rs less/gram of the current market price. Anyway I hope it would turn out to be a good tool in long run. Platform is good and gives lot of coupons and choice to buy real gold.

Completely and Utterly Worst Customer Service. you can't access your own savings sometimes. The Customer Service is slow and they will not do what is required or asked by the customer. My Query has been with them for more than a month now, and it still hasn't been resolved.
