This is my third post. First time I gave 4 stars, second time 3 stars, & now 1 star only. Can't login to my account although I changed the password successfully 3 times. Then all my purchases are useless. The application is getting worse & worse. Before also, I complained & sent an email that "It was working perfectly, but recently, I can't delete or edit the bookmarks & notes. & some books will not open & keep requesting to remove & re-download." but the problem was not solved.

My experience so far is bad.. I purchased a book from the website then downloaded the app using same account linked to Twitter but didn't find the book! Also can't read the book from the website so it's kind of like taking my money without receiving the product! Just a shame to have such service from big library and publisher like Jarir.

A pioneer app provides exclusive books specially the translated international books .keep up the good work Jarir .. we support you. only one suggestion , i hope when i make search for book in any category that i can refine the search by ( newest,best selling,avg. review.... etc.)
