Life Saver for Traveling in Bangladesh! I was so tired of using multiple apps just to figure out the best way to travel. The multimodal feature on Jatri is what makes it a must-have. You enter your trip details and instantly see bus options, pricing, and different rental cars all on one screen—no more guessing or jumping around! Booking tickets is smooth, and the car rental bidding means I always get the best vehicle for my family trips. Highly recommended for any trip across the country.

The app got worse in terms of user experience after the recent update. Why do I have to pick locations and details to see the type of vehicles and then again fill up the same one more time to start bidding. Previous version was simple and straight forward. Enter location, vehicle type, start getting bids. Why making things complicated man?? And what's the point of having car and bus side by side? Entirely different customer base. Please keep rental separate.

I have taken cars several times through the Yatri app, traveling on both long and short routes. Most of the drivers' behavior has been good, but there have been a some who were a bit rude and didn't want to turn on the AC. Some even turned it off themselves, or drove very slowly, or kept the fan on, n also they demand toll charge, which was quite annoying. Other than that, everything else was fine.
