Earbuds were great at first. Then slowly over time they have issues connecting, and if they do connect the sound quality for calls is either super horrible(they can't hear me or I can't hear them) or it's ok. ( they can barely hear me and all I hear is a static voice sound) , I have to disconnect and reconnect several times to get it even close to fixed.

The second it tries to connect, the app crashes, it won't stay open for 1 second the buds require an update which I can't access because of the crashes. I also can't customize the buttons or EQ until that's fixed. I'm using a Pixel 7 Pro on Android 14. Hopefully this is fixed soon because I really like the buds. EDIT: I think the App has been updated since now it connects without crashing, I was able to run all updates and change my control settings and EQ and it has not had any problems since.

I've had my Vista 2s for about 8 months now. Started great, but it's gone down hill quickly. They're rather difficult to switch between devices, they're very temperamental about being connected to a different device. They can't be reset without the case, which isn't great on a distance run when they lose connection. 1 MAY the sound quality went to complete garbage. I've done full factory resets and repaired with 3 different devices, no luck. I'm going back to my Bose earbuds.
