I love the jaybird 2s at a hardware level. The connectivity issues this app has though is unacceptable, and infuriating. Pausing media, or switching from one app to another causes your earbuds to basically mute themselves. You have to pause what you're listen to, change your sound management option (ANC, surround sense) and then resume what you're trying to listen to. I'm not the only one, and I don't understand how this absolutely massive QC issue hasn't been squashed

I've had my Vista 2s for about 8 months now. Started great, but it's gone down hill quickly. They're rather difficult to switch between devices, they're very temperamental about being connected to a different device. They can't be reset without the case, which isn't great on a distance run when they lose connection. 1 MAY the sound quality went to complete garbage. I've done full factory resets and repaired with 3 different devices, no luck. I'm going back to my Bose earbuds.

I have the Vista 2 and have loved them until recently. Best buds I've ever owned until now. They are practically useless these days. Plagued by connectivity issues and inconsistent play back. Sometimes takes 10 to 15 minutes to resolve the lack of audio. Random disconnects during use makes fitness use full of distraction. Miserable user experience. I'm close to abandoning the product and company at this point which is very frustrating. Why is there no priority to fix this known issue?!?!
