ARG-CMMS Technician is a mobile app designed to streamline the daily workflow of maintenance technicians by giving them a clear and organized interface to manage assigned Work Orders. Technicians can view all their tasks at a glance, filter by status, type, or priority, and sort by last edit or urgency. Each Work Order guides the user through the full CMMS process—from scanning the asset’s QR code and uploading pre/post-work files to adding used parts and attaching supporting documents. Technicians can also download Work Orders for reporting and create Corrective Maintenance Service Requests directly from the field. The app enhances accuracy, improves documentation, reduces manual errors, and helps maintenance teams work more efficiently with full transparency and traceability.
