Use nearby feature. Swipe contacts and the blue pin moves. Now view detail of a customer. Go back to nearbys and swipe. It doesn't work. Have to back out and start nearby over again for blue pins to cycle around. Just one of numerous pesky issues.
Offline access is great and there's good links to activities etc, but one major failing for me is: on the Organisations tab, custom fields are all arranged together, not necessarily a good thing. However, It's not possible to see any notes made at either organisation or contact level, for me a must have, just before you dash into a meeting with a prospect or client... Needs more development to be a useful extension of the desktop app.
It's impossible to mamage our pipeline on the go with this app because you can't reassign the user each deal is allocated to. Needs a landscape mode too. Desktop app is great, mobile needs work.

If Pipedrive was a salesperson, this update would be tie straightening, checking that your shoes are polished and making sure you have the right files as you prepare to go and meet a prospective client. They’re minor changes and details relating to small bugs, a rare currency issue and general housekeeping, but that doesn’t mean they’re not important.
