Ratings and reviews

Overall, it's a great app, fairly user-friendly, and helps me stay organized. There are some functions, however, that are not as user-friendly such as attaching files (which must be done one at a time, cannot upload multiple files simultaneously, i.e. pictures), and this can be time consuming and monotonous. Would also be nice if I could group my list of contacts by filter options (i.e. last name, address/city, etc). All that said, I really do like the app.

Terrible Experience. Wasted significant time trying to log in via SSO with the correct email and domain per my internal support team. When you enter the domain and click on the Login button, the app does absolutely nothing. No error message. It doesn't even appear to be checking the domain. It just sits there with the same message asking to type in the domain. Killing the app and starting from scratch yield the same results. Come on, guys! Think about the EUX! Show error messages!

Very good. It helps me keep organize the activities to follow up it makes repetitive info emails easy w templates. It could improve on a few features. But overall happy. Though do not take the surveys or accept the rewards for taking a survey u supposedly pay only shipping but u get 3 products instead of 1 and charged like $60 by the manufacturer of the product. It is not pipedrive the one who charges for the reward but a 3rd party. But overall i recommend this app

What's new

This latest update is a blend of housekeeping and laying the foundations for some future improvements. Like a regular service for a beloved vehicle, sometimes maintenance and updating is an investment in future happiness.
