Your Ejanta app has not been working for the last two weeks until now. After I complained many times, they told me that there was a technical problem and it would be fixed within a week, but it has been a week and today they are still not taking the complaints seriously.please solved the issue ASAP.

INVISIBLE
This app is good for nothing type app. Can't link up other services like fdr,dps,card. Need to study before development that without go to bank,client can take those service. When I call for support, no customer service is available, and the support phone number doesn't take any phone call. Most of bank has support services, but Janata Bank PLC uses phone number,Upgrade your thinking, and upgrade your system.

Very disappointing experience with the eJanata app. I created an e-account successfully, and before activation, the app never showed any issue with wrong credentials. However, after visiting the branch to activate my account, the app started showing ‘invalid user ID or password’ every time I tried to log in. After several attempts, my account got locked, and even after unlocking at the branch, the same problem continued. After 24 hours, I tried again—locked!can’t unlock without going to the bran
