A free, anonymous emotional support app for teens ages 13–19.

Here is a safe space where teens can share what’s on their mind and receive supportive responses from trained Teen Advisors — peers who understand what it’s like to be a teen today.

Teens can post about everyday stress, emotions, and challenges such as school pressure, friendships, relationships, family issues, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed.

How it works:

Post anonymously whenever you need support
Receive responses from trained Teen Advisors
Advisors respond daily between 5–10 PM PT
Our goal is to respond within 24 hours
Only Teen Advisors can respond to posts.
If you’re not ready to post, you can browse topics and read how other teens have navigated similar experiences.

Teen Advisors are supervised by mental health professionals.

This app provides emotional support and peer connection.
It does not provide professional therapy or crisis services.

Ratings and reviews

So I never got to open the app due to the fact that the only way you can sign up is with phone number, and I'm not allowed with one. May I suggest adding a login/signup with gmail, and to not have it shown, and still be anonymous? I was really looking forward to using this app, but I can't, please add more ways to login/signup!

I would give it a 6/5 if I could. This is the BEST app for teens who are struggling, need support, or have questions about anything. The staff are some of the nicest people I've ever talked to. They reply fast, are respectful, caring and considerate. Plus, everthing is anonymous! I've talked to 3, extremely nice and helpful advisors. I would definitely recommend this app for teens. I wish I would've found this app sooner.

Everything is good and all, but where does it tell you about the posting rules? I typed out what I was going to say to a Teen Talk Advisor, but because I typed the number 3 it all got deleted without knowing. You can't draft what you say, you have to text it all while in the app or else what you were saying deletes. Is that for a good reason?
