This application is designed for JB Importaciones employees, allowing them to quickly and easily manage key operations related to their customers and loyalty programs.
Employees will be able to:
- Identify customers by scanning their QR code.
- Search for customers by name, ID number, phone number, or customer code.
- Register new customers.
- Assign points manually or based on the purchase amount, if this option is enabled.
- Redeem rewards using accumulated points.
- Confirm redemption requests made by customers.
The control panel is intended for store administrators and allows them to manage the configuration and operations of the loyalty program.
