This app is designed for Per Te employees and allows them to manage the loyalty program directly from their devices.
With it, they can identify customers by scanning their QR code, or search for them by name, ID number, phone number, or customer code. They can also register new customers directly from the app.
For daily operations, it allows them to assign points for purchases—entering the amount if the option is enabled—and manage redemptions: both processing them directly and confirming requests made by the customer through their own app.
