I couldn't ask for more at The Max Challenge! My transformation has been surprising and rewarding! My family and friends continue to compliment me! Our Trainers, Mike and Jenn, are consistantly guiding, motivating and encouraging us to do more/better! The nutrition aspect is easy to adapt to and it works! This is my 2nd Challenge and it never grows old! Mike's creativity and constant positive reinforcement make it always fun! My fellow Maxers are the best. Never any judgemnt, only praise/love

The MAX of Old Bridge is like a second home to me. Everyone is so welcoming; the owners, the staff and the other clients. People can go at their own pace. The incredible staff will help you modify your exercises until you are comfortable/permitted to complete the given task. No judgment, by anyone, EVER!! It is, by far, the best decision I have ever made!

I love my classes, but, I dont find the app to be easy to navigate. hard to enter nutrition, not able to find a list of compliant foods. Not able to find the daily diet on the app, ex, 2 proteins, no fat, 2 carbs etc
