This app is making me consider switching banks. Every single time they update the app it gets worse and it gets slower. And then you have the audacity to ask me to rate the app. The latest update made the app look sliiiightly more modern but now it runs insanely slow. I should note a have a newer phone, so I should have 0 issues running a BANK app.

an old towel
Ever since the latest android UI update released, the app has consistently crashed aproximately 1.1 microseconds after I confirm my login credentials. Pretty awesome, I would say. I, too, enjoy rising from my couch and ambling like a buffoon over to my desktop so I can see how much money I don't have. Thanks.

Login is incredibly cumbersome, for no good reason. It shouldn't take 3 different screens to login: username, password, security questions. JCSB is behind the curve in implementing new tech: this app doesn't support fingerprint login, and the bank doesn't support Google/Apple Pay. The worst part is that JCSB licenses this app from a developer, Fiserve, who has updated platforms/apps to support things like fingerprint login. Sadly, JCSB prefers to inconvenience their customers and not upgrade.
