Login is incredibly cumbersome, for no good reason. It shouldn't take 3 different screens to login: username, password, security questions. JCSB is behind the curve in implementing new tech: this app doesn't support fingerprint login, and the bank doesn't support Google/Apple Pay. The worst part is that JCSB licenses this app from a developer, Fiserve, who has updated platforms/apps to support things like fingerprint login. Sadly, JCSB prefers to inconvenience their customers and not upgrade.

The app does everything the online website does. Except the app deposits checks. If you deposit a check on Monday, you won't see your money until Wednesday night. Better off cashing a check at Walmart...
