Who develops Apprevenir?

Apprevenir is developed by the Drug Dependence and Other Addictions group of the Faculty of Psychology and Social Sciences and the Urbanitas group of the Faculty of Communication, Advertising and Design of the educational center, of the Luis Amigó Catholic University.

Awards and Recognitions:

Apprevenir won the call for the ICT Spin-Off program of the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies (MINTIC), MinCiencias and Tecnnova in 2018.

It has been selected in the Parque E 2020 call, a university incubator for high-impact entrepreneurship, which arises from the alliance between the University of Antioquia and the Mayor's Office of Medellín, from the Secretariat of Economic Development.

Apprevenir was also the winner of the National Award "Good practices for preventing the consumption of psychoactive substances within the framework of the new normality of the COVID-19 health emergency" from the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. The official delivery of the recognition will be this Friday, October 7 in the city of Bogotá.
