I absolutely hate this app! It won't let me print from my computer at all. So I have to email a shipping label to myself, to open the email from my cell to print it. Also, I can no longer use the app to print circle labels that I initially designed in the app. There seems to be something stupid wrong every other time I use the it. I'm now looking to buy a decent stable shipping label app, if there's one to be found!

its great but when printing from ebay specifically theres a glitch i didn't notice. when you save your label and open under your printer from your phone it may or may not have a previous label opened despite having the specific label uploaded directly. when packing 30 orders and not noticing, just trusting the process this can be detrimental. in my instance, 5 items were sent to wrong addresses which ultimately is my fault and a mistake I won't make again but the printer consistently does this.

more updates. dev thinks this is a chat.Update 2026: I hate this app even more. It cost me a lot of money. When opening a new label, the app will open with an old one. I printed and sent a package to the wrong customer. What the F, guys? I have the old software APK that worked perfectly. Rotate. Zoom. Print. But my printer died and won't connect using the old app, so I installed this. What terrible software. You CAN'T fit a simple label. Rotating makes no sense. It will never fit the print area.
