Open Order gives restaurant teams one connected workspace for day-to-day service.

Manage your restaurant floor and tables, maintain menu categories and items, coordinate staff access, and follow dine-in and takeaway orders from submission through completion. Live local-bridge updates help supported devices on the restaurant Wi-Fi stay synchronised.

Use your Jenius account to access only the restaurants where you are an owner, manager or waiter. Account profiles and credentials are managed centrally through Jenius authentication, so the same identity can be reused across supported Jenius apps.

Open Order is designed for authorised restaurant staff. An existing Jenius account and restaurant access are required for management features.
