JetLagPro is a travel guide for timed acupressure to help you adapt more quickly to your destination time zone.

After you pick your destination, the app schedules 12 acupressure points for you to stimulate based on your destination. Reminders every 2 hours tell you when the active point changes so you can stay on target.

How it works:
Choose your destination airport before you leave for the airport and start by following the guide.

Stimulate each point for about 30 seconds (each side) using your fingers, as shown in the guide. Mark the point as stimulated when you are done.

What you get:
• 12 timed points over about 24 hours
• Short videos showing where and how to press
• A built-in timer for each point
• Reminders when the active point changes

Good to know:
• Only your final destination matters, even if you have a layover.
• Start on your way to the airport. That lets you get more points done as you travel.
• Missed a point? Do the current one and keep going.
