I just downloaded the app about a week or 2 ago. I enjoy the app for several reasons. It reminds you to meditate. The length of most of the meditations are flexible (5, 10, 20... minutes) to meet your needs. The pacing of most of the meditations allows time to act on the guidance. This is important to me. I cannot follow someone who never stops talking to breathe. The For You tab is tailored to address your meditation focus and growth plan.

Meditations are fantastic and I love how Cory explains the concept prior to the actual meditation. It's a great combination of learning and practice. The app itself seems to have quite a few bugs still. Frequently crashes on me, sometimes I can't get it to open. Am on Android, for reference. Once the appnos streamlined, it will be top-notch! Would love to give 5 stars, but when something to help calm the mind is frustrating to operate, its hard to do get past ;) I have faith it will get there!

Shame this one didn't turn out to be what I'd hoped. Great potential but it didn't follow through. I found the guided content to be way too chatty. On the other hand the sleep sounds were really incredible and hard to give up once my subscription ran out. However, for a fraction of the price I was able to get a sleep sounds app which was good enough.
