Very poor service. Been on verification for about three weeks or more. Same documents I used to open Luno, eversend and chipper cash is being tossed up and down. I have sent them virtually every documents I have in my possession. Even banks don't need the kind of information they have asked me for. Might decide to continue with the crypto account as mode of withdrawal instead. Very annoying people. Now I understand why their review is low.

WARNING: JETON WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I was in the process of routine verification when I received an email stating that my account was locked and that I'd no longer be able to use their services. I contacted support to find out what happened and they just replied with a canned response saying I broke a rule in their terms and conditions. They refused multiple times to state which rule. Lucky for me I only had $0.50 in my balance, but I was about to withdraw from a casino. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

They took ages to pass identify verification. And now to verify address. I sent my bank statement, they also rejected it. I asked support they saying bank statement can be taken as address proof. What the hell? I uploaded the same then they rejects saying it's damaged. Please guys before using this app, don't load wallet with high amount. Because later your money will be stuck with unknown reasons.
