The app is terrible. Every Sunday there is an issue with getting into my account. Last week I tried all day to log in, but the texts with the codes I needed, didn't come through until that night. Now today when I tried to log it took me to a screen that asked me to give plaid permission to access my email when I didn't even try to sign up for anything through plaid.

Not so intuitive and often difficult to navigate. Find the current CD rates are a hassle. A Google search often works better and, If you're already logged in, and accidentally press the back key, the app takes you out and makes re log again. The other functions are intuitive offering a nice clean interface. The message options are excellent, You can communicate with real people. Try that with other banks... mostly AI

New updates to the app has it's pros and cons. I wish they would go back to the 4 digit code log in. Also, they removed the most recent transactions from the at a glance, I loved that feature. Recently I now get some kind of pop-up each time I log in and now it's starting to lock me out unless I Uninstaller the app and reinstall. I wish they would also add zelle as a means of transferring monies. Wish they provided a card lock feature, the app they give doesn't work on most phones!
