Please add a feature for users to be able to read SIM card messages. Most users use prepaid cards, and the telecom company sometimes send important messages regarding the subscriber account, but we cannot read it since the GPS device is buried deep within the vehicle, not easy to access.

Great simple tracking program, recommended. 12 months on and still great, data usage on the sim is minimal, think its only used a few £ in the 12 months. The app does sometimes take a bit of time to pick up on the tracker but I think the area it is located has a bad signal. You have to refresh a few time to get it to connect. There are reviews on her giving it 1 star for this! It's the cheapest gps that works brilliantly. It's so reassuring to know where your kids are.

Ok. I gave my van to my dad who doesn't speak english. We missed each other while driving on different vehicles. No cell on him. I didn't know what to do... then I remembered that there's a tracker in the van. What was a surprise when it said that subscription has expired! I purchased 1y subscription 2 months ago!! That wasn't a good experience at all! Keep in mind - not reliable. Other than that it was pretty good. UPD. 2nd year of ownership. I don't receive notifications when leave the geo fence. Was advised to send them the GPS for repair... Such a hassle. Just added the second star as the guy responds to my emails pretty fast.
