No stars. Useless. Apparently the app was changed and now doesn't work. Save yourself the aggravation. If the cup won't charge — a problem I had with the first one — return it and get a replacement. The charging pins are a weak spot in the design — they get pushed in, or disconnected. The second mug I got has been working fine.

Bought this mainly for the app-controlled temperature, but the app doesn’t work at all. After downloading, I couldn’t log in — the verification email never sends, and manual login either loops or returns an error saying the app isn’t working. Without the app, this is essentially just a basic mug warmer, which is not what I paid for at this price point. For $100, I expected the main feature to function. As it stands, the product does not deliver on its core purpose.

When I try to register using my Google credentials it takes me to the next page to select my google account, then it goes back to the register page and nothing else happens. I tried a couple of times. On an S25 Ultra with latest Android update.
