No ads. No sign-up. No uploads. Scan Any Doc works entirely offline — your documents never leave your phone, because there is nowhere for them to go.

Point the camera at a page. The app finds the edges, straightens it, and saves a PDF.

SCANNING

Hold the camera over a page and the app detects the edges on its own. Auto capture takes the shot once the page is steady, or you can switch to manual and tap the shutter yourself. Scan page after page and they all go into one document. Already have photos? Import them from your gallery and they become a document the same way.

FIXING A PAGE

Every page opens in an editor before you save it. Drag the blue corners to crop, rotate the page, and choose a filter: Original, Grayscale, Black and White, or Magic. There are brightness and contrast sliders for when a photo comes out too dark or too washed out. You can also draw on a page if you need to circle or mark something.

SIGNING A PDF

Draw your signature with your finger, resize it, then drag it to the right spot on the page. It works on any page of a multi page document.

EXTRACT TEXT

Extract Text pulls the words out of a scan so you can copy or share them. Pick your language — Latin, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Devanagari — and switch it right from the results screen if the text comes out wrong. It all runs on your device.

ID CARDS

Scan the front, scan the back, and both sides end up on a single page, ready to print or send.

PDF TOOLS

Merge several PDFs into one file. Split a PDF by page range. Compress a PDF when it is too big to email or send on WhatsApp. Export every page as a JPEG to your gallery.

QR CODES

There is a QR scanner built in. Scan a code, then open the link or copy it.

YOUR DOCUMENTS STAY ON YOUR PHONE

Scans, extracted text, and signatures are processed and stored on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and there are no ads and no account to create.

The app does collect anonymous crash reports and usage statistics — how often a feature gets opened, whether an export succeeded. Never your documents, filenames, or extracted text.

SMALL THINGS THAT HELP

Search your saved documents by name. Star the ones you open often. Pick a light or dark theme, or turn on Material You so the app follows your wallpaper colors.

Handy for receipts, invoices, contracts, homework, notes, certificates, and anything else you would otherwise photograph and then lose somewhere in your gallery.
