About this app

Voicemail that sorts itself. Important calls up top, the rest out of your way.

JMAC Voice transcribes and screens your voicemail the moment it arrives — then stores it in an ISO 27001 certified UK data centre, locked with a key only your device holds. Once it's stored, nobody can open it but you. Not us. Not anyone.

A smart voicemail app for anyone who can't always answer the phone — at work, driving, on shift, or just busy. When a call comes through, we transcribe the message, work out what matters to you, and put the real calls up front with everything else filtered away.

If it's a customer, a family member, the school, your GP, or a tradesperson you're expecting — you see it instantly. If it's an energy supplier, fake HMRC, an accident-management cold call, or PPI nonsense, it goes quietly in the spam tab — no notification — or gets a red fraud warning if it's an actual scam.

Built for tradespeople, parents, carers, shift workers, freelancers, and anyone on one mobile number who can't afford to miss the calls that matter.

=== What it does ===

- Transcribes every voicemail. Read it in two seconds instead of playing audio when you're in a meeting, on site, or with the kids.

- Lets you watch voicemails coming in and either read the live transcript or listen to the audio as it's left.

- Lets you cut in and take the call while the voicemail's still being left.

- Sorts every call into one of four tabs — Priority, Standard, Missed (no message), or Spam. The calls that matter never get buried under marketing.

- Flags fraud attempts with a red banner — fake HMRC, fake banks, fake couriers. One tap to report it to the relevant national fraud service.

- Tell it what to prioritise in plain English — "anything from my mum", "calls about a delivery" — and we'll bump them to Priority.

- Custom greetings in a clear, studio-quality voice — schedule different ones for work hours, evenings and weekends, switched automatically.

- Priority contacts. Regulars and known callers always come through as Priority, even if their message looks like spam to the classifier.

- Block similar. One tap suppresses every future voicemail that sounds like the spam you just got.

- Search every voicemail you've ever had — transcripts are full-text searchable, so you can find a detail from months ago in seconds.

- Works with your existing mobile number — keep your number, just divert your voicemail to us.

=== Why people use it ===

- Safety and security. Your voicemails are stored encrypted so they can only be opened on your device — not by us, not by anyone. Unusual for a voicemail service, and the reason we built it this way.

- Fraud detection that reads the actual message. Not a generic "spam" tag — a specific reading of the scam, with one-tap reporting. Useful for protecting older relatives who get targeted constantly.

- Your data, your control. Download everything any time. Delete your account in one tap — full removal within 24 hours, with a recoverable copy held for 7 days.

=== What it costs ===

JMAC Voice costs only £3.99 a month. Cancel any time from Google Play.

=== Setup in 3 minutes ===

1. Download the app.
2. Enter your mobile number — we give you a number to dial to divert your voicemails to our secure servers. (This can be reversed whenever you wish in settings.)
3. We test it for you to make sure it's working. Sign up only once you know it works!

That's it. Next voicemail, you'll see it in the app.

Note: Most networks support voicemail divert; some ask you to contact them first. Contact us for any help diverting.

What’s new

Voicemails can now be listened into rather like an old answering machine. Take call greyed out if poor network to avoid poor quality experience. Mute button added to UI.
