About this app

General IoT controls JMBraga Systems automation devices — industrial and
residential — around one idea: what matters keeps working even when the
internet goes down.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Switch outputs on and off (relays, pumps, lighting, gates) and follow the
live state.
• Read sensors: temperature, pressure, water tank level in liters, analog
inputs with the unit you choose.
• Create automations that run INSIDE the device: sensor thresholds,
schedules, repeating cycles and analog mapping.
• Build a complete alarm central: sensor zones, outputs triggered on alarm,
entry and exit delays and automatic re-arm.
• Group actions into scenes ("leaving home", "night mode") and fire them with
one tap.
• Pin favorites to the home screen and get notifications per event type, with
a dedicated sound for the alarm.

SAFETY THAT DOESN'T DEPEND ON THE INTERNET
Every output has a safety timeout enforced by the device itself: even if the
off command never arrives, it switches off by itself after the time you set.
Automations and the alarm central run in the firmware — no cloud, no delay,
no dependency on your provider.

PROTECTED CONNECTION
End-to-end encrypted communication with server verification, biometric
unlock, and direct control over the local network when the internet fails.

SHARING
The installer configures; guests operate. Each person only sees the devices
shared with them.

IMPORTANT
This app works exclusively with devices manufactured by JMBraga Systems.
Devices are sold at jmbragasystems.com; purchases happen outside the app.
