Ratings and reviews

Cancelling orders 10 days after they've accepted your payment and held onto your money the whole time. With prices on gold and silver moving up at the rate they are, it seems like an unethical tactic to make you reorder after the price has increased. I'm still waiting to hear back from their customer support to see if they will make this right.

This app is well designed and has different tabs where you can track live spot prices and historical data. The most useful tab is the "Alerts" one, which allows me to set personalized notifications of any market fluctuations. You can browse inventory via the app in a limited capacity using the "Specials" tab. Click the "Store" tab you will be redirected off the app into your phone's default web browser. That's my only gripe. 4.9/5 for the app because it's my most used on my phone.

App stuck on desktop mode For some reason the past couple of days the app had been stuck in desktop mode when I bring up information. I've got tons of tiny pictures and writing. Basically I've got a full page computer screen shrunk down to the size of a cell phone screen. No, the desktop toggle button is not on!! I know cell phones, and the problem isn't on my end, and all other metal apps are working fine.
