My experience with JM Bullion was extremely stressful and disappointing. I trusted them with a large purchase, only to find out after paying that the items weren’t actually available and shipping would be delayed. When I tried to cancel because nothing had shipped, they sent me a tracking number, but FedEx shows only “Label Created.” That means nothing was ever shipped. Instead of being honest and refunding, it felt like they tried to make it look like the order was on the way when it wasn’t.

Hi, we’re truly sorry for the delay and frustration this caused. Due to unprecedented market demand, orders are taking longer than expected to fulfill. Regarding the tracking: the tracking status may remain “Label Created” until the carrier picks up and scans the package. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.

The app itself functions well enough, although there is a slight delay. However, the reason I gave the company such a poor review is how they treated my last order of silver. They essentially waited about a full week past the stated send date until the day that silver dropped. Late that night I received a notification that my order had been sent. In other words, even though they had it in stock, they waited until the huge price drop to send my order. Never again. Not cool.

Cancelling orders 10 days after they've accepted your payment and held onto your money the whole time. With prices on gold and silver moving up at the rate they are, it seems like an unethical tactic to make you reorder after the price has increased. I'm still waiting to hear back from their customer support to see if they will make this right.
