app asks me to upgrade to latest. if I click on the pop up, it shows me uninstall/ open. it doesn't show upgrade. I started getting this problem from yesterday. After I purchased gold from them... not sure if anybody faces this behavior. this popup prevents you from using the app. may be they are trying to prevent you from using the app to track your purchase order. its been more than 3 days. money has been deducted from my account and there is no update from them on when they gonna ship it...

App is OK. Its loads slow for me. I ordered some coins for expedited shipping. It was shipped via UPS requiring a signature but does not allow it to set to sign and pick at a location. I work a mon to Fri day job and can not be there during their normal delivery hours. USPS usually allows signatures and pick ups at a location. Now it says my order is being returned. I want my product and am not sorry I work a standard schedule.

My experience with JM Bullion was extremely stressful and disappointing. I trusted them with a large purchase, only to find out after paying that the items weren’t actually available and shipping would be delayed. When I tried to cancel because nothing had shipped, they sent me a tracking number, but FedEx shows only “Label Created.” That means nothing was ever shipped. Instead of being honest and refunding, it felt like they tried to make it look like the order was on the way when it wasn’t.
