DSC Connect application requires an LE4050M (-US – CA – BR) cellular communicator by DSC, properly connected and configured with your PowerSeries or PowerSeries NEO panel, and valid account credentials. Feature availability varies based on system, equipment, and service plan. Contact your alarm installer for more information.

DSC Connect will allow you to:
• Remotely arm and disarm your PowerSeries and PowerSeries NEO alarm systems (supports Arm Stay, Arm Away and multiple partitions).
• Monitor the status of your alarm system and specific zones.
• Bypass zones.
• Get real-time notifications for selected events.
• Review 12 months of event history.
• Control multiple locations from a single account.

Ratings and reviews

It is incredibly finicky to set up. I got 7 different unhelpful error messages just trying to add eight users. The device is frequently "not connected" for no apparent reason. The event log is no longer updating at all.

Disappointed a lot after 2 months of use. It cost a lot of money to upgrade all equipment to be able to use this app but it rarely works well. Usually late with notifications, take minutes to get updated alarm status. So it is not a reliable product in this important security function.

This app is absolute garbage. constantly says the device isn't connected pull to refresh, which does nothing. I upgraded so I would have piece of mind, this does the opposite for me.
