Ratings and reviews

The app will not maintain connection with the panel further than 50 feet away. So I can't program from anywhere in the house. It defeats the purpose of being able to program from a phone. I can do the same thing on a keypad in a fraction of the time on other panels. Some UI elements are missing completely for example the button to delete a remote keypad just isn't there on my app. Whomever decided to make a panel that can't be programmed locally through a keypad is an absolute moron.

It's the stupiedest thing ever. First, after the initial setup it should have a LAN search instead of scanning that QR code. Second (it actually has a lot to do with the first point) once it is in the app it should retain the information. After all, you still have to verify yourself with the installer code. Third, you have to be on the same SSID as the panel despite the fact that there are multiple SSIDs on the same network. Fourth, it reconnects once in a while during making changes.

Updated to 1.5.1 app now appears to work properly with no disconnect/crash etc so can now service/install using my primary phone. Would still be nice to be able to use a laptop for programming and not rely on a wifi connection ... Updated to 1.5.0 on Android 15. while I can now connect to a panel, the connection drops 5 feet from the panel. have to restart the whole pairing process every couple minutes
