Works well. I would recommend that the drop down menu wasn't so generic for each job. For instance, not ALL residents want us to change their bed sheets.

I used their cleaning service and asked if the cleaner could be done before 1pm. I'm a Counselor and I need privacy with clients. I worked through Amenify's customor service links (chat, e-mail and call) to ensure the cleaner would come before then. They said they would let him know my time restrictions. They did not and he didn't show up on time. I asked for my money back and they said "no" that I would have to reschedule but I don't want to because they are UNRELIABLE. Use Taskrabbit.
