This app recently made changes to the credit system. Before, you were allowed to apply $15 in credits to a delivery order, but now it has been dropped to a stingy $5 per order. For a service that has extremely slow delivery, extremely limited customer support (good luck getting ahold of a human being if your order never arrived), and half of the restaurants available for delivery listed as being closed or not taking deliveries, and expensive delivery/service fees—$5 off is simply not worth it.

Fees are the craziest I've ever seen on an app. Operating hours on the app suck. Mandatory tip even when you pickup it up yourself is even crazier. Restaurant selections could be a lot better. Minimum required to order on the app is also crazy. The fact that wallet credits limit is $15 per order is wild. I paid for Amenify subscription once and never again. Definitely do not use this app for food, you're much better off using any other food app. Extremely disappointing.

When you switch tabs, it ends the live chat support. This seems designed to prevent complaints from getting addressed. You also get stuck in a subscription for at least 2 months after you have cancelled it, which you can't do directly. You have to talk to support in order for them to submit a request to cancel your subscription. edit: they replied, but still haven't cancelled my subscription even though I have submitted multiple requests and the next two months of services are scheduled.
