Strategically deceptive about their credit system and will withhold information on how it actually works. Their new credits system will force you to spend money in order to use in app "credits," which barley feel like discounts at this point since the $10 credit limit per order will primarily go towards the convenience fees. I find it especially distasteful and greedy that they never disclose their credit limit system before you order or when you receive credits. Very scam-like pratices

The app is misleading. It did not give me fair consideration on credits nor did it give me the chance to order some items off of menus that are specific for allergies. I like the idea of getting these services and food options but the process is lengthy, and more costly with minimums and charges in some cases, even when I am picking the items up.

They told me that I had $50 available.And then when I was ready to check out , told me that I could only use ten dollars per purchase and they force you to tip a certain amount. I have been waiting for about 2 and a 1/2 hours for my small order, and there are no updates or ways to contact anyone about it. I will never use this again.
