I'm hoping this helps me reach someone! The past couple days the app or website won't let me log in and I've had trouble getting ahold of anyone in the support team. I've updated the app, Uninstalled and reinstalled, updated my phone, restarted my phone. I have some jobs in progress I will lose out on the time period and money in my account. As for the app itself, I've really enjoyed working with the brands and up until recently had no huge issues

Great start but to certify to participate isn't a bad addition, just have to know that when you want to join this program. Otherwise, the reason for the rating is when I open the app it tells me to update and there is nothing to update and all I get is that screen over and over,. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but no luck. So guess not an app for me to use. 😓

I love JoinBrands! Customer service is amazing. The products offers and experiences are terrific. I've found so many new things to buy and use that work great.
