good until you get to interact with their support team. HORRIBLE. DISMISSIVE. ARROGANT. while businesses are rushing to use Ai, Forma's review process is still manual and highly dependent on someone's mood for the day. there are better alternatives out there - one that treats their clients okay.

Hi I need help with this app. I used it a few months back And had my account set up and everything. I deleted the app my account and now I need to use it again. when I downloaded the app and try to long in it crashes all the time. I tried to reinstall and same thing. Can someone from Forma help me?

the amount of times I've screamed at this app... loves to time out in the middle of me submitting claims and loses all my work. upload a bunch of files, then start filling in the details? poof, reset page for no reason!
