Ratings and reviews

There are a couple reasons for my low rating and I hope the developers see this feedback. The app requires biometrics to initially authenticate, then I have to enter a username and password, and then a push notification that I have to authorize. That's 3 separate levels for authentication each and every time. No other apps do this and is poor design. Additionally when I go into settings and select "contact support" it goes to a blank screen and provides absolutely no way to contact support.

The app is buggy and becomes incorporeal when you click the Overview / Recents Android button to switch between recently opened apps. The "Get a magic link" button doesn't do anything from what I can tell (no email gets sent, even after waiting 30+ mins). Recently, they even added a login attempt timeout for when their own buggy garbage doesn't work. Great! Now I'm being punished because Forma can't integrate with Okta properly. Okta also disappears after Forma fails, so I can't even try again.

update: Android 14 works again. update the review to a 4. not 5 just because of it wasnt usable for months. Android 14 is no longer supported!!!! it is a 2 year old OS. Do better forma! what feature requires min android 15 in your app? Would give 0 stars if I could
