Ratings and reviews

I've been using Found for a few months now and I'm mostly happy with it. I appreciate the medical services, and I like the option of conversation with community. I find the app to be a bit underwhelming, it could be setup for easier navigation, there could be more features but it's not bad overall. I'm undecided about the AI coach, I was hoping it would be more, I don't know what the word is. direct? integrated? pushy? LOL overall I'm happy with Found.

This has to be the WORST app on my phone. I can't believe I pay for this garbage! The medication took forever to arrive. That was out of Found's control. But they never even offered compensation for the additional fees paid due to wait. Now, the app hasn't loaded on my phone in over 3 months, but Found keeps right on charging me. I've contacted support multiple times starting July 29, but they keep trying to contact me through the app they know doesn't work!

This is a review of the service and the app. App is clunky. I got the service b4 they had the andriod app. I hoped the app would change my decision to cancel. I was using a diff well known weight loss app which has recipes, workout videos, coaches that reach out frequently for a more personal feel and just all around more options. There is a "refund policy". Fine print is that you can't have received any medication even if it didn't work for you.
