This has to be the WORST app on my phone. I can't believe I pay for this garbage! The medication took forever to arrive. That was out of Found's control. But they never even offered compensation for the additional fees paid due to wait. Now, the app hasn't loaded on my phone in over 3 months, but Found keeps right on charging me. I've contacted support multiple times starting July 29, but they keep trying to contact me through the app they know doesn't work!

Bare bones app that seems to be a waste of time. Why not have my dr/med info and messages and logging space all together? It's frustrating to have to log into a browser for one thing and the app for other things. The "community" section is a stream of others logging in things, not very motivating or interactive. So far, I'm disappointed overall.

FREEZING!!!! I really want to use this App and enjoy the benefits; however, I get about 4 words in and it FREEZES! I get the message that the App is not responding, my phone even tells me to put it to sleep! I have deleted and reloaded, logged out/logged in, force stop, restarted my phone NUMEROUS times and nothing gets fixed. I have even reported the errors when it stops responding, but have heard nothing back. This APP is part of the "sell", but if I can't participate what is the point?
