This has to be the WORST app on my phone. I can't believe I pay for this garbage! The medication took forever to arrive. That was out of Found's control. But they never even offered compensation for the additional fees paid due to wait. Now, the app hasn't loaded on my phone in over 3 months, but Found keeps right on charging me. I've contacted support multiple times starting July 29, but they keep trying to contact me through the app they know doesn't work!

I've been using Found for a few months now and I'm mostly happy with it. I appreciate the medical services, and I like the option of conversation with community. I find the app to be a bit underwhelming, it could be setup for easier navigation, there could be more features but it's not bad overall. I'm undecided about the AI coach, I was hoping it would be more, I don't know what the word is. direct? integrated? pushy? LOL overall I'm happy with Found.

Buyer beware! Make sure your insurance covers GLP-1s before joining. Mine didn't, and I was given instructions to go apply for a discount card which I could have done (and have done) on my own without paying them 200 dollars. Which I didn't get back after canceling my membership. 200 dollars is a lot of money to just give away and get nothing in return. I'm sure it's great for some but not for everyone so just do your homework before joining. Also, the app is practically unusable.
