It is a Great Place to Go Spend Some Leisurely time! It Is though, No Different than most Hobbies or Ones Recreations, all Mostly Cost something anyways! Would recommend stopping by the winners circle desk, before get to playin & sign up for the winners zone card, if one hasn't yet, B4 get started! So Go out and Enjoy some rec. time there, See for ya self! cause, ya can't win, if ya Don't Play! There are Great People, Has Great atmosphere just, not stayed in the motel yet! but heard Great stay

I have to say this wholeheartedly I will more than likely never play in this casino again. not because of the staff these people are lovely people and if it was based on their behavior and actions I would come here and hang with them any day of the week it is silly based on the lack of incentive to return and I believe this is due to management or promotions driven by the player development manager. at one time coming over here and spending $100 could probably get you a cheeseburger now nothing!

UPDATE- 1 wk later, still no contact by marketing, still no point correction. This effects free play too. My wife's been 1x-got $65 offer to come back. Has about same tier points I have. Spoke to 2 friendly customer service reps tonight. The second one listened to my concern about tier points and why my app only shows 542 when he actually shows 3379 on their end. Forwarded my concern to marketing who is supposed to reach out to me. Appreciative of the friendliness of the staff at this casino.
