I'm having issues with this App. I keep unloading and reloading the app and I'm not able to get into my account. I would see a blank page. Please fix the issue, I even updated the app, and I still have the same issue.

Need a serious update never got my special email for birthday night in October. And since beginning of November. It won't even load just stats a black screen

UPDATE- 1 wk later, still no contact by marketing, still no point correction. This effects free play too. My wife's been 1x-got $65 offer to come back. Has about same tier points I have. Spoke to 2 friendly customer service reps tonight. The second one listened to my concern about tier points and why my app only shows 542 when he actually shows 3379 on their end. Forwarded my concern to marketing who is supposed to reach out to me. Appreciative of the friendliness of the staff at this casino.
