been trying for a year to login the app, it worked one time in the beginning, then I kept getting the message saying "see guest services" and they were not helpful(maybe because the lady could barely speak my language). with as much money as each single person spends here... they should have a luxurious app that runs flawlessly and giving all the people who spend, an appropriate amount of Freeplay and hotel offers. earning 1 point takes a bit so don't think earning 5 is gonna happen on a $20

It's slot tournament day, for those who earned the required few 5 points; although I earn alot every week, nearly every day, I'm told for the eighth ?? week in a row that I didnt earn any points. They push players to use the app, promoting it with special offers & features. I login (card no. & passcode) an error message displays indicating that the card no./pin is invalid and that I need to be inconvenienced by having player services assist. They couldnt fix the issue and said dont use the app.

Not a problem with the app as much as the place I use to love the nugget spent over 30 grand there last year alone and in the last few months 3 times when I was leaving get to my car and before I get a text message that I'm coming home out been approached by the security team 3 times and after spending 100s of dollars each time and harassing me telling me I can't be in my car and I gambling every day what I do and only place in world that has done it to mecomplaints have gone un responded
