I've been loving having the app until now. I was switching phones and logged out of the app so I could log in to my new one, and now even though I was there last night using my card it won't let me log in just keeps saying invalid card number!

We always enjoy everything they offer. Food comps are always great when we go to have dinner and play the slots. The staff here are friendly. Restrooms clean and we have won our fair shares of games. It's terrible!!! It won't show any of my rewards. I've called the casino about it. I've went to player's club and showed them it doesn't work. I quit going to casino because it didn't show my rewards and I'm a crown royal member. The higher up I got the more the app screwed up.
