Worked good initially but the last week it's been nothing but issues. Go to pull my card out of machine with a credit. Said money was transferred. Go to check in the app assuming it was there. Nothing in my wallet or fast funds. Go to cashier, they can't track the money. So it literally stole the credits I had in the machine. Same issue has occured twice now and nothing is being done about it. And of course when I talk to management it's the same ol bs answers, we'll look into it, etc.

Great casino. I even made it to level 3. Lots of people say the casino isn't letting many people win cause machines are tight due to construction. But that's an excuse. If your good at your timing and your pattern is fitting. Your gonna win. Tight non paying machines or not. People always try to tell me bad stuff about Food or Casinos. but I never listen. I research and go look and taste myself. Most people lie so much. So I only trust myself and God to tell me things. Not my opposition

Updated: 5/16/24 last rating was a 4 moved down to 2. The app was working a little less start of new year,but far worse in the last update 30 days. I thought they would have fixed it ,but nope. They took extra time to get the OG app out which was smart. Now they seem to have forgotten. None of the info under my offers is coming up. Free play is under balance & wallet?1 new one popped up ,but 3 days late from its start.It worked Better. Security issues also.I can't message you by your app either
