The app adds to dollar price about 1.6% or more as a currency conversion fees.. Paying by K-net is through app built-in browser which is unsafe for the customer, instead it should transfer the operation to an external browser so everything would be clear and safe.. Using the app needs more explanations and illustration videos for users to feel more confident and trust investing in the app

Im using several investing apps and my friends recommended this one to try the robo trader (which was nice) yet it's not friendly for users it lacks latest advancements in fintech and UI/UX capabilities are sub par, it's not the worst I've used but if your an iPhone user then yes this is for you cause that's how it feels dull, monotone, and you expect more but get less. It keeps telling me I have 1 monthly statement though I've used it for 3 months and the statement says nothing inside. Weird!!

Subject: Urgent: Interface Issues After Upgrade – Unable to Trade Hello, After the recent upgrade, the screen layout changed and I’m no longer able to use the top icons such as Settings , Robo, and Trade. This issue has caused me to miss trading for several days. Please look into this urgently and help restore proper functionality. Thank you.
