often it says its can't deliver to my address, even though it can. the notifications come an hour or so late. I.e the food was delivered already then a while later the notification says it's dispatched , after we've all finished eating and digesting the food 🤣🤣. so basically the delivery guy has to call us when he arrives. app is sort of useless.

Everything is fine except for the address issue. We can't enter a custom delivery address and have to choose from the preset ones. It would be much more convenient if we could add any address we want, especially when sending a surprise to someone or delivering to a family member.

I use the app while I was in one of your outlets,and Iam absolutely disappointed on how I can't receive the 1.5L Pepsi for 1st time users upon registration and ended not showing in on Ur systems.But what IAM most upset it's that I mentioned I was dining in but instead it's considered as pickup,such terrible experience.
