please for pick-up orders and delivery orders, if possible, customers or users can order with a small amount. Because I have made a pick-up order that costs less than $10, and it was not accepted. It expresses a little disappointment as a customer who is really chasing time and just want to order meal in small amount. Maybe it's just a trivial or small matter, but hope this suggestion can be considered. Thank you. 😊

My favourite go to fast food however it's so frustrating on their delivery service. its hazy and i don't wish to go out. I ordered at 8pm and now it is 9.09pm, the tracking is useless it jus states that order was received. no movement at all. and this is at one city outlet (auto picked by the app). I tried calling several times to get updates but no answer. called the hotline 1-6000 only to get the same answer that i can see on the tracking order tab. so frustrating and unhelpful!!!

The delivery time is really inconsistent. If you’re already hungry, I honestly wouldn’t recommend ordering for delivery because it can take an hour or more to arrive, if you’re lucky. The food is okay, but the long and unpredictable delivery time really needs improvement. It would be better if customers were given a more accurate delivery estimate so we know what to expect.
