Jollibee app is so nice and easy to use. the delivery also and pick up option are so convenient.

The first time I ordered here ( official Jollibee app ) , 1* only , the fried chicken was very old , not even juicy , the mayonnaise of the burger was so messy , the fries so strong 🤮 , our order came from dar Salam branch, swear better to order in talabat, fast delivery + food still fresh. I regret why I ordered here in the app 😔 , the promotion catch me here.. so annoying , I'm not satisfied this time.

if you order in Apps, then pickup, you need to wait more time before you can go through your order!! system on the counter needed to improve more. bad experience waiting more time on counter.
