while the app is useful in placing orders, the branch in Al Hilal was so slow. it took 5mins to accept my order, app shown as preparing until 1 hour, i called to follow up, the person said upon checking their system, already waiting for the driver for delivery, after 30mins, the driver is still at the same location, not moving, the app status was never updated, I called the driver, he said still not prepared so again, i called for 2nd follow up. took almost 2hrs to deliver my food

3 hours of waiting still the driver is not advised about the revisions of the location. I keep on calling your staff always say they'll follow up. Follow for 2 hours but nothing happen.

made my order, had to wait for 1hr 20 minutes, after I called them direct that's when they started rushing for my order, super disappointed and disgusting service. I order for orange drink, instead they delivered cola drink without even consolation,
