About this app

Joo — an application for preparing for the UNT and applying to higher education institutions in Kazakhstan. Competitive tests, calculating the chances of getting a grant, cut-off points for specialties and comparing universities — all in one place.

FREE WEEKLY UNT COMPETITION TEST
Every Tuesday, a new version is released: 120 questions, three mandatory and two profile subjects, maximum 140 points. The format and scoring are the same as in the NTO: 31-40 questions in profile subjects are worth 2 points, half a point is given for a half-correct answer.
Immediately after completing the assignment, an analysis appears: what did you mark, which one is correct and why. Questions that received half a point are marked separately — it is more effective to start increasing your score from them.
Every Monday, a rating is published: your place among those who wrote with you and your change over the week.

PROBABILITY TO GET A GRANT
You enter your profile subjects, UNT score, region and quota — the application shows your probability of getting a grant for each educational program in percent.
The rural quota, "Serpin" quota, social quota and targeted grants are taken into account. Programs are sorted by chance, each has a BBT code and competition signs.
Then, you collect your 4 choices and see your overall probability and which universities you can apply to.

SPECIALTIES AND CUT-OFF SCORES
The catalog of educational programs is filtered by profile subjects: mathematics-physics, biology-chemistry, geography-mathematics and other pairs.
For each specialty — BBT code, cut-off scores for the last 6 years (general competition and rural quota separately), the number of grants allocated annually, a list of universities and who you can work as after graduation.

UNIVERSITIES OF KAZAKHSTAN
Universities in Kazakhstan and abroad — with city, cut-off score, number of programs and tuition fees.
You can choose three universities and compare them side by side: cut-off score, programs, number of annual grants, tuition fees and common specialties.

PROFESSIONAL SELECTION TEST
15 questions — and you will receive a career portrait: personality type according to MBTI, strengths according to Gallup, Holland interest code and behavior in a team according to DISC. You can take up to three times and compare the results.

COURSES FOR INDIVIDUAL PREPARATION
Theory, workbook with problems and modular exam: the next one will not open until the previous topic is closed. The simulator returns the problems in spaced repetition — just when you start to forget. AI-tutor will explain the problem in the topic you are currently taking at any time.
