About this app

This app helps you with a simple breathing exercise that will help you to focus on long, steady breaths.

You take more than 20 000 breaths each day. Poor breathing technique can cause sleep issues, reduced physical ability and stress.

To optimize your breathing you need to focus on two things:
- Breathe through your nose
- Take long inhales and exhales

Features:


- Set time how long the session should last
- Set breath time (duration of inhalation/ exhalation)
- Singing bowl sound effect when switching between inhaling and exhaling
- Change background-color
- Customizable interface
- Dark mode (black background)

This app was inspired by the book Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art by James Nestor
