I'm definitely enjoying it. I've been journaling every day for one week. I didn't pay for premium but I am considering it just to support the developers. It's not really necessary to use the app. I do wish that the inspiration worked more, I've only actually had it work once. I also seem to always get the notification to write a new entry while I'm in the process of writing one lol but overall it's a good app! Edit: how do I make it so the inspiration or quote shows? It's turned on in my settings but I haven't seen it since the first time I made an entry.
It has gotten me motivated to write journals. The app is clean and deserving of the premium purchase. I did it really to support the makers, but they do deserve it. I've had the app for a bit over a year, and I love it. The design is beautiful, and versatile, the function is practical and intuitive. It records outside factors to an entry in a field journal format, locations, weather, photographs. I like the feature which shows your entire on a map- perfect for record keeping while traveling.
I'm actually enjoying using the app, but when I add photos, I have noticed that many pictures from my son's phone appear on my recents. This is the only app this happens on. There were several of his screenshots and other pictures available to add to my journal entry that have never ever been on my phone. We are both android users, but I don't understand how this could happen. He doesn't have the journeys app. How could this have happened? Update: I discovered that the issue was my son's Google Drive account was accessible on my phone and his screenshots were being automatically saved to Google Drive. Once I logged his drive account out of my phone, the issue was resolved.
I just wanted to say that I'm huge fan of your apps. I think in terms of everything (literally everything) your apps are perfect. I remember when I first initially bought the journey app, it was wonderful! It gave me daily inspirations. It got me into journaling when I didn't know how to. Unfortunately, the inspiration feature now just gives you advice and quotes on mood, motivation... Etc. Couple of years ago, it used to ask you questions or give you an idea of something to write about. For someone like me who frankly till this day doesn't know how to journal or as a matter of fact, doesn't know what should a journal include that was very important for me. Otherwise you guys are brilliant! Keep up the great work!!!!!
It's the best app to write journal. No external app cloud password. And all the mess.. Google drive integration is the best done by journey. Have bought the premium upgrade and I'm using do the past one year. Recommending to everyone who interested in writing journal.. It will be wise if the location to be shared on Google maps. Pls.do.add that in it..
Great UI and UX design. Has all the features a modern digital diary should have. 1 star less because the premium version has not many unique features worth the cost. The only thing that is useful is the night mode, which should have been a basic setting on any diary app instead of a premium setting. Will get the premium if they add more useful/unique features.
