The program works, the app is awful. It keeps cutting out during the program, then you have to start over , your supposed to relax during program, but if you have to start over and over and over again quite the opposite happens and you become very agitated, which is kind of counterproductive, please for the love of all that good FIX IT. That being said, I haven't smoked for7 days ,but my anxiety is off the charts, so please fix the bug, it makes my anxiety skyrocket.

So glad SSI2H is back in the app store! Jason Vale is a great motivational speaker with an excellent perspective on the nicotine trap and thought processes on how to overcome it. Personally, I've used his program twice b4 (successfully quitting up to 3 years), & now a third, due to relapse. But every time he's made it easy and even enjoyable with his bedtime subconscious sleep hypnosis. If you have a sound mind and really want to quit, i highly recommend his program!

The recordings helped me in the past, even when these were offered for free. Now, not only is this app super expensive! It is also very flaky! It will not play on the locked screen. What is worse when your screen will lock and you unlock it, the app does not register your progress, so you either need to start from the beginning or just guess where you were and move yourself there. So ensuring my screen doesnt lock was pretty much the only thing I was able to focus on, not the content.
