Ratings and reviews

This is the worst and lowest that any app can get. It just doesn't matter how many times you try paying for an item/a set of items using the JumiaPay (or even the Jumia Online Shopping app itself), you just can't get past clicking on “Pay.” When, after a hundred attempts, you finally succeed, you just could never receive your OTP to finalize the purchase. This payment problem has persisted for so long, I finally have to get rid of everything Jumia and find some other online market platform. 😡

The recent update is a big mess. User experience is horrible. I can't add voucher code when paying electricity bill anymore. Whenever I login, the system must ask me for my personal details like names, phone numer, birthdate etc. Except for the phone number, I don't even know what you need other information for. I use the app to pay just bills. I haven't requested for loan and don't intend to. So, don't ask for unnecessary personal details until when needed.

the jumia app is so unique, you order the products of your choice from the sellers of your choice and they deliver to you within the agreed time. they even gift you some amount of money depending on how often you use the app..you can transfer funds or buy airtime and it's for free guys,... so you better hurry up cos if you don't, I don't know what would make u!!!!?
