More like Complicated esim. Worst Telco I've ever dealt with. And surprise suprise, it's these sort of companies that never publicly list a customer service telephone number. You either have to use contact support within the app in which I've been waiting for a response when you're 3 hours). The only other option is communicating with them via telegram and you're chatting to a bot

The app is ordered clearly, works well. 5 stars for the app itself. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ But when I saw the high prices, I deleted it, my national carrier offers world roaming cheaper; pointless to use this eSIM; and there are other eSIMs on the market significantly cheaper than this one.

Easy to use, e-sim for Turkey has good coverage and descent connection speed. It would be good to have a widget to see how much traffic is left.
